We toured Ruble Farms (Albert Lea High School Alumni) and the Conger Meat Market.
Both awesome tours and the kids were great!
Healthcare Exploration was in the Mayo Store today, learning about all the medical supplies and the instruction required to use them!


The ALHS Tigerz Gaming Rocket League Team competed Sunday at St.Cloud State University for the Minnesota High School Esports State Tournament. Unfortunately they didn't make it out of pool play, but they had fun and have lots to build on for next year.

ALHS celebrated Winterfest '25 with a field day today! It was a great day of breaking our cabin fever and having some good clean fun!









Today, the National Honor Society and Student Council came together to sort and organize 1900 books donated to Books for Africa!
This was an amazing opportunity for students to work with the community in making a global impact!

112: Maggie Olson went 4-0 and took 1st place to win her 3rd Section Title and punched her ticket to the Girls State Tournament for a 3rd year in a row

Arcadian Bank's Mark Heinemann and Beth Anderson spoke to the ALHS Mentorship Program Wednesday, sharing insights on money management. We had a great discussion about credit, loans, budgeting, and being smart with your money. Thank you, Mark and Beth!

It was another great day in the mentorship program at ALHS! Alumni Max Jeffrey, Drew Sorenson, and Jenny Hovendick-Savick, along with Steve Alford spoke about staying active and maintaining balance in adulthood!

The ALHS Mentorship Program had their second guest speaker panel of the semester, Making it on your own, featuring Yvonne Betsinger, and ALHS alumni Jordan Nielsen and Collin Jahnke!
It was so great to hear the positive message that even when life becomes very difficult, there is still reason to hope, but we have to find the drive within ourselves to keep going.

Albert Lea Area Schools will be closed Tuesday, January 21st. All buildings will be closed. This is an E-learning day. Watch for messages to be sent by your school principal for e-Learning day instructions. After school activities will proceed as scheduled unless notified by a coach/advisor.
