All incoming 7th – 12th gr students need these shots on file: 2 Doses MMR; 3 Doses Hepatitis B; 2 Doses Varicella or Chicken Pox history; 1 Dose Tdap; 1 Dose Meningitis @ 7th grade with booster dose recommended @ 12th grade. Questions, contact your school or health care provider.
